VEGETARIAN CABBAGE ROLLS USING STEAM AIR FRYER DKA-SAF118W

Ingredient:

  • Cabbage: 300g
  • Enoki mushrooms: 50gr
  • Carrots: 50g
  • Fresh bamboo shoots: 50gr
  • Seasoning: salt, sugar, pepper, seasoning, cornstarch, vegetarian fish sauce

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

  • Cabbage leaves, washed
  • Fresh bamboo shoots washed and cut into small pieces
  • Enoki mushrooms washed and cut in half
  • Carrots, peeled, washed and cut into strips about 4-5cm

Step 2: Blanch the vegetables

  • Blanch the cabbage until soft in boiling water, then remove and place in a bowl of cold water.
  • Stir-fry bamboo shoots, carrots, and enoki mushrooms on the Dreamer induction cooker.
  • Add ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of sugar, ½ teaspoon of seasoning and 1 teaspoon of vegetarian fish sauce. Stir until vegetables are soft.

Step 3: Put the sautéed vegetables in the center of the cabbage leaves and roll them up

Step 4: Steam the cabbage

  • Put the cabbage on a steaming tray and put it in the fryer
  • Turn on the fryer, select the STEAM mode, adjust to 100 degrees C and steam for 5 minutes, then arrange the cabbage rolls with vegetables on a plate.

Step 5: Mix the accompanying sauce

  • Boil a mixture of 100ml of filtered water, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, ½ teaspoon of seasoning seeds, and 1 teaspoon of vegetarian fish sauce until thickened.
  • Drizzle over cabbage rolls and enjoy.
