Ingredient

  • Broccoli: 300g
  • Straw mushroom: 150g
  • Carrots: 100g
  • Checked onion
  • Spices like seasoning, monosodium glutamate, salt, pepper

Making

Step 1: Prepare:

Preliminary processing of broccoli, cut off the old part, take young leaves, cut into bite-sized pieces and soak in dilute salt water, then wash and drain. Mushrooms are washed, drained and cut in half. Carrots are peeled, washed, drained and cut into pieces the same size as the broccoli. Onions, washed and finely chopped

Step 2:
Stir-fry the onion, then add the mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes. After the mushrooms are cooked, put a pot of water on the stove, bring to a boil, and then add carrots and broccoli. Season to taste with seasoning seeds, monosodium glutamate and a little salt, paying attention to skimming so that the broth is clear.

Step 3:

Observe that the broccoli is soft, sprinkle with pepper and a little cilantro to make the dish fragrant and then turn off the stove. This vegetarian broccoli soup is best served with hot rice
