Ingredient:
- Pumpkin: 1 large fruit
- Brown rice: 400gr
- Onion: large bulb
- Fresh shiitake mushrooms: 300gr
- Coriander
- Soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic
Step 1: Prepare and bake the squash for the first time
- Wash the pumpkin skin, cut the top of the pumpkin with a knife and take out the pumpkin intestines so that there is space to stuff the filling later
- Crush 2-3 slices of garlic to enter the squash
- Preheat the fryer with PREHEAT at 180 degrees C for 3 minutes.
- Put the squash in the fryer, select the TOAST mode and bake at 180 degrees C for at least 60 minutes to soften the squash. Depending on the size of the squash, you can adjust the baking time longer.
Step 2: Make pumpkin stuffing
- Onions, fresh shiitake mushrooms: finely chopped
- Coriander washed and chopped
- Wait for hot cooking oil in a pan on the stove from Dreamer, saute the coriander and onion.
- Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and ½ teaspoon salt
- Next, put the mushrooms in the pan and continue to stir-fry
- When the mushrooms are cooked, add brown rice and stir well. You can add soy sauce to taste if needed
Step 3: Bake stuffed squash
- Place the prepared filling into the baked squash.
- Place in the fryer, select TOAST mode and continue baking at 180 degrees C for about 10-15 minutes to cook.
