Ingredient:
- Cotton scrub: 150gr
- Rice flour: 250gr
- Onion baro: 150g
- Sugar, cooking oil, soy sauce
- Glutinous flour: tablespoon
- Tapioca flour: 70g
- Sandwiches: 3 slices
Step 1: Make the dough
Dissolve 250g of rice flour and 70g of tapioca starch with about 750ml of water, let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare ingredients
- Onions are washed, cut into small pieces and put in a bowl
- Add 4 tablespoons of cooking oil to the onions and sauté them
Step 3: Toast the sandwich bread
Cut the sandwich into small, square pieces and bake for about 1 minute until crisp.
Step 4: Steam the banh beo
- Pour the flour mixture prepared in Step 1 into small bowls.
- Place in the steamer tray and then put in the superheated steam fryer.
- Select STEAM mode, adjust 100 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes to steam the cake.
