Ingredient:

  • Cotton scrub: 150gr
  • Rice flour: 250gr
  • Onion baro: 150g
  • Sugar, cooking oil, soy sauce
  • Glutinous flour: tablespoon
  • Tapioca flour: 70g
  • Sandwiches: 3 slices

Step 1: Make the dough

Dissolve 250g of rice flour and 70g of tapioca starch with about 750ml of water, let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare ingredients

  • Onions are washed, cut into small pieces and put in a bowl
  • Add 4 tablespoons of cooking oil to the onions and sauté them

Step 3: Toast the sandwich bread

Cut the sandwich into small, square pieces and bake for about 1 minute until crisp.
