Ingredient:
- Melon: 1 fruit
- Vermicelli: 200gr
- Red chili, garlic
- Soy sauce, sugar, white vinegar
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
- Watermelon peeled, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- Noodles soaked in water until soft
Step 2: Make garlic sauce
Put minced garlic, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and boiling water in a bowl, stir well.
Step 3: Steam the vermicelli
- Arrange vermicelli and melon on a plate, drizzle with garlic sauce and place in a steaming tray
- Turn on the fryer, select STEAM mode, adjust to 100 degrees C and steam for 7 minutes to complete.
- You can decorate with chili, scallions and sprinkle more sauce as you like.
