Ingredient:
Salted duck eggs: 2
Raw spring rolls: 1 ounce
Chicken thighs: 1 piece
Seaweed
Green onion, ginger, bean curd
Shredded Carrots
Seasoning, pepper
Step 1: Prepare and marinate ingredients
Marinated chicken with minced ginger and 1 teaspoon seasoning, 1 pinch of pepper and leave for 30 minutes to absorb the spices.
Raw spring rolls mixed with yolks of boiled salted eggs.
Boil carrots in water with a little salt added.
Step 2: Wrap chicken and other ingredients before boiling
Place chicken on foil, place 1 layer of raw ham and eggs over chicken.
Place seaweed leaves on top, then arrange carrots, scallions in. Roll up the foil.
Step 3: Steam chicken with Dreamer steam fryer
Place the chicken and foil on a baking tray.
Put in Dreamer steam fryer, select STEAM mode and steam at 150oC for 20 minutes. (Adjust the temperature and time according to the amount of food being processed)
