Ingredient

Small tofu: 8 pieces
Pork belly: 300gr
Dried shrimp: 20g
Ginger: 1 piece
Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

Wash the tofu and pat dry. Minced pork or put in a fine grinder.
Mince dried shrimp and ginger.
Mix dried shrimp and ginger mixed with pepper, a little salt to marinate with meat.
Use a spoon to carefully poke holes in the tofu and stuff the meat in. Repeat until you run out of tofu.

Step 2: Steam tofu with Dreamer steam fryer

Put in the fryer, select STEAM mode and steam at 150oC for 20 minutes. (Adjust the temperature and time according to the amount of food being processed)
