Ingredient:

– Young ribs: 350gr
– Pumpkin: 1 fruit
– Green onions, garlic
– Satay, marinated ribs, soy sauce, sugar, salt, cooking oil,
white pepper

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

– Scallions washed, chopped. Peel and mince garlic.
– Wash ribs, cut into bite-sized pieces. Marinate the ribs with: minced garlic, 1 teaspoon satay, 1 tablespoon rib marinade, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon cooking oil and a little pepper white.
– Mix well and cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to infuse the flavors.

Step 2: Prepare the pumpkin

– Cut across the pumpkin, including ¼ is the fruit lid, the remaining ¾ is the fruit body.
– Take out all the pumpkin intestines to make room for the ribs.
– When the ribs have absorbed the seasoning, pour into the pumpkin, cover the pumpkin.

Step 3: Steam the squash and ribs

– Turn on the Dreamer DKA-SAF118W steam fryer, put the squash with ribs into the oven.
– Select STEAM mode to steam at 100oC for 30 minutes.
