Ingredient:
  • Flexible fish sauce: 100gr
  • Ground pork: 100gr
  • Egg: 3
  • Purple onion: 2
  • Fresh chili: 2
  • Spice

Step 1: Make the fish sauce-meat-egg mixture

  • Red onion peeled, minced
  • Fresh chili, remove the stem, wash and mince
  • Put Linh fish paste, ground meat, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon MSG and 1 teaspoon pepper in a bowl. Mix.
  • Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, leaving 1 yolk for separate.
  • Beat the eggs and put them in a bowl containing the mixture of ground meat and fish paste along with minced shallots and chili peppers and mix again for the ingredients to blend together.

Step 2: Steam the fish sauce-meat-egg mixture

  • Turn on the fryer, put the fish sauce-meat-egg mixture in the oven and select the STEAM mode, steam at 100 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes before.
  • Skewer a toothpick into the steamed mixture to see if it sticks. If it doesn’t stick, it’s cooked.
  • Before finishing, spread the remaining egg yolk on the surface of the mixture, add some onions and chili on the surface, steam for another 3-5 minutes to finish.
