Ingredient
- 2 pieces of tofu
- 1 small lotus root
- 1 carrot
- 1 radish
- 50g shiitake mushrooms or can be substituted with straw mushrooms
- The seasoning includes 3 tablespoons of salt, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 5 crushed garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons of pepper, 2 tablespoons of sugar-colored water.
Making
Step 1: Prepare:
Tofu washed, cut into bite-sized squares and deep fried on 4 sides. The lotus root is peeled, cut into pieces, and then soaked in a bowl of diluted vinegar or lemon juice so that the lotus root does not darken.
Carrots, beets, peeled and sliced. Mushrooms are washed, soaked in a bowl of dilute salt water for about 10-15 minutes for the mushrooms to bloom, then rinsed
Step 2:
Put the tofu, lotus root, carrot, radish, mushroom and seasoning in the pan, stir-fry for about 1 minute until all ingredients are cooked.
