Ingredient

  • 300g papaya,
  • 1 carrot,
  • 3 cucumbers,
  • 3 pieces of tofu or tofu,
  • Laksa leaves,
  • Roasted peanut
  • Spices with sugar, vegetarian fish sauce, salt, lemon juice

Making

Step 1: Prepare:

Papaya peeled, thinly grated. Carrots peeled, thinly sliced. Cucumbers are washed, peeled and sliced. Pickled cilantro, remove dead leaves, wash and drain

Step 2: Cut tofu and then deep-fry it in an oil pan

Step 3:

After the tofu has cooled, you marinate papaya, carrot, cucumber, and tofu with a mixture of fish sauce, sugar, salt and lemon juice, mix well to absorb the spices. Finally, add laksa leaves, mix and sprinkle some roasted peanuts to enhance the delicious flavor of the dish.
