Ingredients:

  • Rice paper: 4 pieces
  • White tofu: 2 pieces
  • Vegetarian pork rolls: 100gr
  • Vegetarian spare ribs: 5-7 pieces
  • Green onions, chili powder, vegetarian satay
  • Condiments: sugar, vegetarian seasoning, cooking oil, mayonnaise, chili sauce

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

  • Vegetarian spare ribs: soak in water for about 3 minutes and then boil them with boiling water for about 1-2 minutes. Rinse with cold water to remove odors. Drain and shred.
  • White tofu: chopped
  • Vegetarian pork rolls: cut into thin pieces
  • Green onions: washed and chopped

Step 2: Make cake filling

  • Fry the shredded vegetarian spare ribs until golden brown and take them out
  • Fry the green onions and then stir-fry the tofu. Add ½ teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning and 1 teaspoon of sugar to the island and stir to coat the tofu with the spices.
  • In a new pan, add 1 teaspoon of vegetarian satay, 1 teaspoon of sugar, ½ teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of powder, a little green onion and stir well.
  • Add shredded vegetarian spare ribs to the island to absorb all the spices and dry slightly.

Step 3: Bake the rice paper

  • Put the rice paper on the baking tray. Spread the ingredients of fried tofu, shredded vegetarian spare ribs, and vegetarian pork rolls on the surface of the rice paper and then put some finely chopped green onions on top.
  • Turn on the fryer, select the TOAST mode and bake at 160°C for 5 minutes (Pay attention to the rice paper to adjust the temperature or time accordingly)
  • When it’s done baking, drizzle more mayonnaise and chili sauce on the rice paper and you’re done.
