Ingredient:

  • Shrimp (small finger size): 1kg
  • Salt: 2 teaspoons

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

  • Wash shrimp
  • Boil red cooked shrimp in salted water, then remove and let the shrimp cool
  • Remove the shrimp heads, shrimp shells and then rinse with warm water.

Step 2: Processing dried shrimp

  • Preheat oven on PREHEAT at 180oc for 3 minutes
  • Put the shrimp in the oven and set the FISH mode at 80oC for 2 hours.
  • During the drying process, you can check and turn the shrimp 2-3 times to see if the shrimp is dry. If it’s still not dry, turn on the grill for 2-3 minutes and then check again.
