Ingredient
- Shrimp: 500g
- Bacon: 500gr
- Clean vegetables: Curry lettuce, lettuce, bean sprouts, basil, perilla, pickles, green mango, …
- Dew-dried rice paper/ Rolled rice paper
- Minced dried onion, minced garlic
- Seasoning: Fish sauce, sugar, salt, oyster sauce
- Sugarcane or lemongrass (optional)
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
- Shrimp peeled, deveined, washed and drained
- Bacon is only pureed, not crushed
- Washed raw vegetables
- Thinly sliced cucumber and mango to serve with rice paper
- Sugarcane or lemongrass cut into small pieces (12-15cm)
Step 2: Marinate ingredients
- Shrimp and meat mixed with onion, minced garlic, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons fish sauce and stir well to absorb.
- Wrap the shrimp-meat mixture in the cane/lemongrass stalks
Step 3: Grilled shrimp
- Put the shrimp-meat wrapped in sugarcane/lemongrass into the oven
- Select FISH mode at 180oC for 15 minutes
Step 4: Make chili garlic sauce according to your taste
