Ingredient:
- Raw oysters: 500g
- Mozzarella cheese: 30g
- Mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon
- Lemon: 1 fruit
- Fresh milk without sugar: 30 ml
- Salt: teaspoon
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
Soak oysters in salt water for about 30 minutes to remove mud and then rinse with water
Peel off 1 shell of oysters
Step 2: Cook cheese
- Mix 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 30g mozzarella cheese, 30ml fresh milk without sugar and ½ lemon.
- Boil 300ml of water, then put the cheese mixture on a water bath in 300ml of this water, stirring until the mixture thickens.
Step 3: Bake oysters
- Cover oysters with cheese
- Put in the oven, select the FISH mode and bake at 180oC for 10-12 minutes.
