Ingredient:

  • Vegetarian chicken: 1 chicken
  • Vegetarian oyster sauce
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh coconut water: 1 fruit
  • Vinegar
  • Vegetarian soy sauce, sugar, five flavors, salt
  • Flour

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

  • Vegetarian chicken: soak and drain.
  • Marinate with 1 teaspoon of five spices, 1 tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce, garlic, and pepper and let rest for 20 minutes to absorb.

Step 2: Make the sauce

  • Bring to a boil a mixture of 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 fresh coconut, 1 teaspoon sugar, ½ teaspoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Add the tapioca starch to the cold water and stir to dissolve. Then pour in the mixture just boiled above, stir until the mixture thickens, then add crushed skullcap.
  • You can add sugar and seasoning to taste.

Step 3: Bake the chicken

  • Turn on the fryer, select the CHICKEN mode, adjust 220 degrees C and bake for 15 minutes (observe the color of the chicken to adjust the temperature and time accordingly)
  • Drizzle black pepper sauce over cooked chicken and enjoy.
