HONEY GRILLED LAMB CHOPS USING STEAM AIR FRYER DKA-SAF118W

Ingredient:

  • Lamb chops: 600g
  • Asparagus: 200g
  • Honey: 60ml
  • Apple Cider Vinegar: 30ml
  • Lemon: 1 fruit
  • Mustard: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper: 1/3 teaspoon
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Step 1: Make honey sauce

Stir together: 60ml honey, 30ml apple cider vinegar, lemon juice (from 1 lemon), 2 tablespoons mustard, ½ teaspoon salt and 1/3 teaspoon pepper.
Heat the mixture on low heat until the ingredients are completely dissolved.

Step 2: Prepare asparagus

  • Cut the asparagus from the bottom and cut into bite-sized pieces about 10cm long.
  • Wash asparagus with diluted salt water, rinse with clean water and dry.

Step 3: Prepare and marinate lamb chops

  • Wash ribs with vinegar and grated ginger to eliminate odors.
  • Rinse with water and dry
  • Drizzle over the ribs with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, sprinkle evenly over the ribs with ½ teaspoon of salt and coat both sides of the ribs.

Step 4: Grill the ribs with Dreamer Superheater Steam Fryer

Turn on the fryer. The oven can be preheated with PREHEAT at 180°C for 3 minutes.
Place the meat on a baking tray and place it in the oven. Select STEAK mode at 180oC for about 5-10 minutes.
