GRILLED OCTOPUS SATE USING STEAM AIR FRYER DKA-SAF118W

Ingredient:

  • Octopus: 500gr
  • Lemongrass: 2 plants
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Chili: 1 fruit
  • Spices: sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, satay, cashew oil

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

  • Octopus cleaned with water and drained.
  • Lemongrass and chili washed, finely chopped.

Step 2: Marinate the octopus

  • Marinate the octopus with 1 tablespoon sugar, ½ teaspoon MSG, 2 tablespoons satay, 1 tablespoon cashew color, lemongrass, minced garlic.
  • Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Step 3: Grilled octopus

Turn on the fryer, select the FISH mode at 180oC for 15 minutes. (Watch the octopus in the oven to adjust the time and temperature accordingly.)
