Ingredient

  • Red tilapia: 1 fish
  • Seasoning: fish sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, satay

Step 1:

  • Clean fish, rub salt to reduce mucus, then rinse with water, soak in diluted lemon juice to remove fishy smell, wash with water and drain.
  • Make a few more slits on the fish body to allow the fish to absorb more seasoning. Rub salt on the fish body and let it sit for about 30 minutes to infuse.

Step 2:

  • Place the fish on a baking tray and place it in the oven.
  • Select FISH mode at 180oC for 10 minutes. Monitor fish to adjust temperature and time accordingly
