Ingredient:

  • Shrimp: 500g
  • Fresh chili, garlic
  • Grain salt: 1 tablespoon
  • Oyster oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Honey: 1 tablespoon
  • Satay: 1 teaspoon
  • kumquat: 2 fruit
  • Seasoning: pepper, seasoning, monosodium glutamate, salt

Step 1: Prepare and marinate shrimp:

  • Shrimp washed and drained
  • Shrimp seasoning includes: 2 fresh chillies, 6 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of granulated salt, 1 teaspoon of ground pepper, 1 teaspoon of MSG, 1 tablespoon of seasoning, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon satay.
  • Mix well in shrimp and let stand for 30 minutes. Then skewer the stick vertically into the shrimp body.

Step 2: Bake the shrimp

Put shrimp in the oven, choose FISH mode at 180oC for 10-12 minutes

Step 3: Make the dipping sauce

  • Crush chili, garlic and mix with salt and monosodium glutamate.
  • Add kumquat and stir well
