GRILLED BEEF IN PIPER LOTOT LEAVES USING STEAM AIR FRYER DKA-SAF118W

Ingredient:
  • Lean beef: 200gr
  • Lard: 60gr
  • Piper lolot: 200gr
  • Garlic, herbs, peanuts
  • Cooking oil, pepper, sesame oil, oyster sauce, monosodium glutamate, sugar

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

  • Wash and mince (or grind) the beef
  • Wash the bay leaves and cut the stalks

Step 2: Marinate grilled beef with guise leaves

  • Mix pork fat with 1 teaspoon seasoning, ½ teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, ½ teaspoon MSG and stir well.
  • Marinate the beef and let it sit for 15 minutes for the flavors to infuse.

Step 3: Roll guise leaves with beef

  • Put the left side of the leaves facing up, fold the 2 edges of the leaves, put the meat in the middle and then roll the leaves tightly

Step 4: Grilled meat and guise leaves

  • Turn on the fryer, select TOAST mode to bake at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.

Step 5: Make seasoning sauce

  • Take a cup of fish sauce and then add about 3-5 tablespoons of boiling water to cool to make fish sauce. Add a bit of non-fragrant minced lemongrass, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, minced chili, squeeze more lemon and mix well.
