CRISPY FRIED PORK BELLY USING STEAM AIR FRYER DKA-SAF118W

Ingredient:

– Bacon: 400gr
– Minced lemongrass: 1 tablespoon
– Minced onion, garlic, chili
– Oyster oil, fish sauce, soy sauce
– Vegetables

Step 1: Prepare and marinate the meat

– Cut the bacon into pieces about 0.5cm dày thick
– Marinate the meat including: minced lemongrass, onion, garlic, minced chili, fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce (for tender meat) 1 tablespoon each, then leave for about 3-4 hours (You can leave the meat marinated overnight) .

Step 2: Grill the meat

– Put the meat on the baking tray and then put it in the Dreamer DKA-SAF118W steam fryer, choose RIBS mode at 220oC for 10 minutes.
– After 10 minutes are up, you can spread the remaining marinade mixture on the meat and bake at 220oC for another 8-10 minutes.
