Ingredient:
– Chicken wings: 900gr
– Rice wine: 4 tablespoons
– Minced purple onion
– Minced garlic
– Salt: 1 teaspoon
– Ginger powder: teaspoon
– Fresh chili
– Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
– Filtered water: 2 tablespoons
– Brown sugar, honey
– Minced ginger, minced garlic, ground black pepper
Step 1: Prepare chicken wings:
– Put the chicken wings in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of rice wine, mix well and leave for 5 minutes.
– Add onion, garlic, minced ginger, salt and ground black pepper and mix well.
Step 2: Grill the chicken
– Put the chicken on a baking tray and place it in the oven.
– Choose the WINGS mode of the Dreamer DKA-SAF118W steam fryer to bake chicken at 220oC for 10 minutes (observe the chicken wings are golden brown outside is cooked).
Step 3: Make the sauce
– Boil all ingredients including: 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons water, 2 tablespoons rice wine, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons honey, ½ tablespoon minced ginger, ½ tablespoon minced garlic, ½ tablespoon ground black pepper. Cook until the mixture boils evenly and turns the color of cockroach wings.
