Ingredient:
- Pork ribs: 2 kg (choose meaty ribs)
- Onions: 2 bulbs
- Garlic: 1 bulb
- Honey: 3 tablespoons
- Seasoning, grilled ribs sauce (pre-mixed package)
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
Wash the ribs and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Soak ribs in dilute salt water for about 15 minutes and then rinse with clean water.
Garlic, onion peeled and minced.
Step 2: Marinate ribs
Place the ribs in a large bowl and add the seasonings: 3 tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce, minced garlic and onions, 1 teaspoon seasoning and stir well. Leave for 30-60 minutes for the ribs to infuse the spices.
Step 3: Grill the ribs with Dreamer Superheater Steam Fryer
Place the ribs in a baking tray and place in the oven. Select RIBS mode at 200oC for 8-10 minutes.
Flip the other ribs over, spread the excess sauce over each rib and bake again at 180oC for 5 minutes.
