A bowl of cabbage soup with meatballs cooked in the following way will be both sweet and delicious, but also bring rice!

Materials you need to prepare:

  • 300g pork belly
  • 150g tofu
  • 1 egg
  • 1 green onion, 1 small piece of ginger
  • 2-3g five spice powder, 15g soy sauce, 5g sesame oil
  • 3-5 bok choy plants
  • Salt, cooking oil, chicken broth or filtered water

Making:

Minced washed meat, washed bok choy, finely chopped onions, minced ginger. Crushed tofu.

Put minced meat in a bowl, add ginger onion, soy sauce, five spice powder, salt, chicken seasoning powder and a little sesame oil. Finally, beat in the eggs and mix well in one direction. Add the crushed tofu to the mix.

Heat cooking oil in a pan, use a spoon to scoop the meat and tofu, fry until golden brown, then remove and drain the oil.

Pour the appropriate amount of broth or filtered water into the pot and bring to a boil. Add fried meatballs to cook together then add vegetables. Cook until vegetables are cooked and then season to taste.
