Ingredient:

  • Ripe apples: 1 kg
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon (can use granulated salt)
  • Cinnamon powder, sugar

Step 1: Apples are washed, sliced thin and put in cold water, add a little lemon / salt to soak for about 5 minutes so that the apples do not blacken. Remove to basket and let dry.

Step 2: Place apples on a baking tray, sprinkle with cinnamon powder and sugar.

Step 3: Put the apple tray in the fryer, adjust the temperature to 100°C and dry for 60-90 minutes. If you want to eat chewy apples rather than crunchy, you can take them out earlier.

Step 4: Put in a box and cover tightly (can be used within 1 week).
