Ingredient:
- Green squash: 1 fruit
- Minced meat: 300g
- Dried black fungus: 50gr
- Green onions: 3 branches
- Coriander
- Cooking oil, salt, sugar, seasoning, ground pepper
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients:
Peel the squash, wash it with water and dry it. Cut into circles about 1.5cm thick. Remove all pumpkin intestines.
Dried cat mushrooms soak in water for about 30 minutes, then take them out, cut them finely and put them in a bowl.
Coriander, scallions washed, drained
Step 2: Marinate the meat
- Add chopped scallions, minced black fungus, ½ teaspoon ground pepper, 1 tablespoon sugar, 3 teaspoons seasoning, 1 teaspoon cooking oil and ½ teaspoon salt to the minced meat and mix well.
- Marinate the meat for 20 minutes to absorb the spices
Step 3: Stuff the meat into the zucchini
- Use a spoon to stuff the meat into the hollow part of the zucchini. Knead tightly so that the meat sticks to the squash.
- Repeat until you run out of meat and squash, then transfer to a plate.
Step 4: Steam the squash
- Put the stuffed squash in a tray and place in the oven.
- Select STEAM mode, adjust to 100 degrees C and steam for 15 minutes. (Watch to adjust steaming time or temperature accordingly)
- Garnish with coriander on stuffed squash, serve with fish sauce and hot rice.
