Ingredient:
- Minced pork: 400g
- Cowpeas: 200g
- Carrots: 200g
- Potatoes: 200gr
- Bell peppers: 30gr
- Green onions: 30gr
- Ginger: 10g
- Tapioca flour: 3 tablespoons
- Seasoning: cooking oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
- Carrots, potatoes: peeled, washed and diced
- Chickpeas, bell peppers, scallions: washed, diced
- Ginger: peel and cut into fibers
Step 2: Blanch the vegetables
- Bring water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon of salt.
- When the water has boiled, add carrots, potatoes, and cowpeas one after the other and blanch with boiling water for only about 1 minute and then remove. Dry.
Step 3: Roll the vegetable balls
- Place 2 tablespoons tapioca starch in the bowl containing the blanched vegetables. Mix the tapioca starch while the vegetables are still hot for a firm consistency.
- Before rolling the balls, spread a layer of cooking oil on the gloves so that when rolling the dough balls, they do not stick together.
Step 4: Steam the meatballs
- Place the dough balls on the tray and put in the fryer. To spread evenly, not close together.
- Select STEAM mode, adjust to 100 degrees C and steam for 10-15 minutes, the meat is cooked.
Step 5: Make minced meat sauce
- Add 1 tablespoon of tapioca starch to 20ml of water
- Stir-fry minced meat until cooked, then add scallions, ginger and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons sugar, 2 teaspoons oyster sauce and stir well
- Add 100ml of filtered water, bell pepper and the above mixed tapioca starch, stir for 2 minutes, can be seasoned to taste.
Step 6: Pour minced meat sauce over vegetables and enjoy.
