Ingredient

  • Green bananas: 5 fruits
  • Vegetarian Sliced Pork: 10gr
  • Jicama: 50gr
  • Roasted peanuts: 20g
  • Glutinous rice porridge: 1 small cup
  • Salted Soy Beans: 1 cup
  • Pineapple: 20g
  • Spices: sugar, vegetarian seasoning, five-spice powder, garlic, chili, cashew oil
  • Skewers

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

  • Green bananas are boiled for about 15 minutes and then peeled
  • Vegetarian pork slices are washed and soaked in cold water for about 1 hour to expand and then cut the fibers
  • Jicama washed, peeled, diced or threaded
  • Minced garlic and then put a part for dipping sauce, a part for grilled vegetarian pork skewers
  • Pineapple diced
  • Crushed roasted peanuts

Step 2: Marinate ingredients

  • Mix green banana, vegetarian sliced pork and jicama
  • Add 1 tablespoon of cashew oil, 2 tablespoons of fried garlic, roasted peanuts, 1 tablespoon of vegetarian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of five-spice powder and 2 tablespoons of sugar to the whole mixture and mix well.
  • Skewer vegetarian pork skewers into sticks according to the amount you want to eat

Step 3: Make the dipping sauce

  • Puree a mixture of salted soy beans, glutinous rice porridge, chili, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, diced pineapple, 40ml water
  • Boil the mixture (you can add a little seasoning to suit your taste) until the mixture is complete

Step 4: Bake spring rolls

Place vegetarian pork skewers on a baking tray and place in the Dreamer steam fryer, set TOAST at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Observe until the svegetarian pork skewers turn a slightly dark yellow color.
