Ingredient:
- Sea crabs: 4-5
- Lemongrass: 2 plants
- Seasoning: salt, chili, ground pepper, fresh lemon
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
- Wash the crabs to remove the sand inside
- Lemongrass root stamping, cut into 7-10cm
Step 2: Steamed crabs
- For crabs and lemongrass and steaming tray
- Place the tray in the fryer, select STEAM mode to steam at 100oC for 20 minutes (the time and temperature can be adjusted depending on the amount of crabs being steamed)
Step 3: Prepare the salt
- Left chili: chopped to mix with salt
- Make a salt mixture including: white salt, chopped red chilli, a little ground pepper (seasoning to taste), ½ teaspoon of lemon juice and mix well.
