Ingredient:
- 300g salmon fillet
- 1 fresh orange
- 200g asparagus
- 1 branch of dill
- Salt, pepper
- Honey
- Light butter
Step 1: Marinate the salmon
– Use salt, ground pepper and olive oil to marinate the fish for about 20-30 minutes
Step 2: Grill the fish
– Preheat the fryer before cooking at 180oC for 5 minutes.
– After preheating the oven, add fish, select FISH mode and bake at 180oC for 10-12 minutes.
Step 3: Processing orange sauce
– Squeeze orange juice
– Melt the butter in a pan and then add the orange juice when the butter has melted
– When the orange juice mixture is boiling, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of honey, and 1 teaspoon of tapioca starch, stir until the sauce thickens.
– Stir-fry asparagus for about 3 minutes
Step 4: Finish the dish
– Remove fish to a plate, place with asparagus.
– Drizzle orange sauce over fish and enjoy.
