Ingredient:
- Egg: 5
- Japanese fish cake: 20gr
- Chicken breast 50gr
- Shrimp: 5
- Spinach: 50gr
- Dried Shiitake Mushroom: 5
- Soy: 2 tablespoons
- Salt, seasoning
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
- Wash shrimp with diluted salt water, peel, rinse with water and put in a basket
- Chicken breast washed with salted water, drained and cut into small pieces
- Spinach washed, cut into about 2cm
- Thinly sliced Japanese fish cakes
- Soak mushrooms for about 10 minutes, then rinse with water and drain
Step 2: Boil the ingredients
- Boil the chicken breast and shrimp for about 5 minutes.
- Shiitake mushrooms and spinach are also boiled for 3-5 minutes
Step 3: Beat eggs and steam eggs
- Crack 5 eggs into a bowl and beat, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon seasoning and continue stirring.
- Turn on the fryer, select STEAM mode to steam eggs for about 15 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius.
- After 15 minutes, the steamed egg has slightly hardened, continue to add the remaining ingredients, add ½ tablespoon of soy sauce and put in the steamer for another 15 minutes to complete.
