Ingredient:
Pre-processed young pigeons: 5 birds
1 small cup of honey
1 pack of five flavors
Garlic, onion dry enough
Lemongrass: 5 branches
Basic seasonings such as seasoning, sugar, cooking oil…
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
Clean the pigeon meat with lemon juice or rinse with granulated salt. Rinse with clean water and then dry.
Dried onions, garlic peeled, smashed and chopped.
Lemongrass washed, cut and chopped.
Step 2: Make the mixture to marinate the pigeons
Put in a large bowl the prepared spices including onion, garlic, lemongrass. Add sachets of five flavors, sugar, honey, seasoning, pepper, and salt. Mix the above mixture well until the mixture is evenly colored. Just the right amount of seasoning.
Step 3: Marinate the pigeons
Pour the prepared marinade into the marinade. Remember to stir a few times so that the mixture is evenly spread all over the bird’s body and belly.
Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for about 4 hours.
Step 4: Grill the meat
Place marinated pigeon meat on a baking tray and place in the Dreamer steam fryer.
Select WINGS mode at 220oC for 5 minutes and then stop for 10 minutes. Alternate like this about 4 times.
