Ingredient:

  • Tofu: 4-5 pieces
  • Soy sauce: 1 bowl
  • Fried onion, green onion, fresh chili
  • Seasoning: pepper, seasoning, cooking oil

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

Wash the tofu, cut into small squares and fry briefly on both sides until golden brown.
Scallions washed, cut

Step 2: Prepare soy sauce

Put the soy sauce, garlic and chili in the pan and stir on the stove for about 1 minute.

Step 3: Steam tofu and soy sauce

  • Pour the cooked soy sauce mixture into the tofu and put it in the oven
