When you need to cook pho but are afraid of simmering for too long, you can rely on a pressure cooker to save cooking time. Make your own family a “delicious” chicken noodle soup, as long as you don’t prepare all the following spices for the broth, refer to the following recipe right away.
Chicken noodle soup with pressure cooker
Ingredients for pressure cooker chicken noodle soup (for 3 servings)
- Chicken 1 3/4 gr
- Ginger 1 piece
- Cardamom 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon stick 1 piece
- Lemongrass 1 tree(Smashed)
- Kale 1 plant
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Onion 2 of
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Nutmeg 1 piece
- Cloves 4 piece
- Fish sauce 1/4 cup
- White radish 1 root
Perform
Step 1: Put coriander seeds into a dry pan, roast for 5-6 minutes on low heat until golden brown. Rinse the chicken and put it in the Dreamer multifunction pressure cooker. Add cardamom, nutmeg, coriander seeds, onion, lemongrass, ginger, cinnamon stick, cloves, fish sauce. Pour cold water into the pot. Adjust fractional pressure and time and cook for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Take out the chicken to cool then cut into small pieces. Strain the chicken broth into the pot, add salt or seasoning to taste. Bring to a boil by pressing Start on the control panel, then add bok choy and white radish and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Step 3: Put pho and chicken in a bowl, add broth, garnish with extra cilantro if you like and enjoy. This pho doesn’t need much! For amateur housewives, they can still cook delicious, hot chicken noodle soup for the whole family!
