MIXED FRIED VEGETARIAN SHRIMP

Ingredient:

  • 1 pack of vegetarian shrimp 200g
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 handful of dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 garlic, 2 celery sticks.
  • 1 carrot
  • Spices include: seasoning powder, fish sauce, ginger, garlic, ground pepper, cooking oil.

Perform

Step 1: Shiitake mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms soaked in warm water to bloom and then washed; then cut into small pieces.

Step 2: Carrot, onion peeled and peeled. Carrots are cut into the shape of flowers and then thinly sliced, onions are cut into the shape of areca.

Step 3: Wash the vegetarian shrimp and then fry it with cooking oil so that the vegetarian shrimp can hunt again.

Step 4: Fry the onion with a little oil and then add the carrots to the island quickly. Next are shiitake mushrooms and myrrh. Season with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Step 5: Add vegetarian shrimp to stir-fry. Stir-fry on high heat. Turn off the heat, put the fried shrimp on a plate and enjoy.
