FRIED VEGETARIAN ROLLS

Ingredient:

  • Potatoes: 3 potatoes
  • Grated carrot: 1 tablespoon
  • Tapioca: 4 (peeled and crushed)
  • Sesame oil
  • 1/3 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice
  • 1 teaspoon of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of tapioca starch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

Making:

Step 1: Prepare

Potatoes peeled, washed, sliced and steamed for about 20 minutes until soft, then mash while still hot.

Step 2:

Bring mashed potatoes with carrots, tapioca and spices prepared above, mix well and shape into small patties.

Step 3:

Heat a pan with vegetable oil, fry the patties until both sides are golden brown, then turn off the heat.
