DRIED SWEET POTATO USING STEAM AIR FRYER DKA-SAF118W

Ingredient:

  • Sweet potato: 500g
  • Cooking oil: 300ml
  • Cornstarch: 25g

Step 1: Wash, peel and cut sweet potatoes into sticks or rounds as you like. Soak in cold water for about 1 hour and then drain.

Step 2: Put the cornstarch into a clean bag and then put the drained sweet potatoes in this bag, shake well to absorb the cornstarch.

Step 3: Put the sweet potatoes on a baking tray, drizzle 2 tablespoons of cooking oil all over the surface of the sweet potatoes. Stir well to absorb the oil completely.

Step 4:  Put the sweet potato tray into the fryer, adjust 250°C and let it cook for 15 minutes.
