Making:

– Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, boil over the meat to remove the dirt and then wash it with water.

– Wash the melon to reduce the salty and sour taste

– Put the meat in a bowl, marinate with red onion, seasoning seeds, fish sauce, oyster sauce. Pour in the water from the sugar to get the color of the meat. Marinate the meat for 30 minutes to infuse the flavors.

– Put the meat in the Dreamer pressure cooker and then adjust the pressure and time segment and cook for about 15 minutes (normal pot is 20 minutes) until the meat is tender.

– Then add melon. Continue to cook until the water in the pot thickens (about 15 minutes more). If you want to eat more water, just boil until the melon is soft.

– Put the melon braised meat on a plate and enjoy with hot rice. Although the dish is simple, it is very delicious, especially in the changing seasons like this.
