Ingredient:

  • Bananas: 5 (or depending on the quantity you need)
  • Honey: about 2 tablespoons

Step 1: Preliminary processing

  • Banana peeled, cleaned.
  • Soak bananas in a little lemon juice to avoid darkening
  • Take it out and let it dry and cut the bananas in half

Step 2: Processing

  • Preheat the fryer on PREHEAT for 3 minutes at 180 degrees C.
  • Arrange bananas on a baking tray and spread evenly. Select TOAST mode and bake at 100 degrees C for 30 minutes first.
  • Then, spread a layer of honey on the surface of the banana, bake for another 15 minutes at 100 degrees C to complete. (Can add 5-7 minutes for more golden brown bananas).
