Step 1: Preliminary processing: Choose to buy fresh pork bones, wash them with water, then pour water to cover the bones, add a little salt and bring to a boil. Then you will see the dirty bubbles rise, let it boil again for about 5-10 minutes, then pour the water and wash the bones again with cold water. This preliminary bone processing step is an extremely important step that any housewife absolutely must not ignore when making a delicious pressure cooker bone stew.

Step 2: Put the washed bones into the Dreamer electric pressure cooker, pour water to cover the bones. Note, do not pour too much, avoid making the bone broth thin and lose its sweetness. Taste the seasoning, close the lid, turn the valve to the lock direction and select the Stewed Soup mode at the Medium pressure segment. The pot will automatically stew for a period of 20-25 minutes.

Step 3: If you want to cook a cool, nutrient-rich vegetable soup, you need to prepare more washed spinach. After the bones have softened, open the lid of the pot and add the spinach. Close the lid, continue to select the “Stewed Soup” mode at Low pressure and simmer for about 2-3 minutes, then press the “Off” button (Keep Warm/Cancel). Open the pot lid and check the doneness, if it is not enough, continue to cover the pot and stew the vegetables for about 2 minutes.

Step 4: Ladle soup and enjoy.
