SESAME BAKED VEGETARIAN SPARE RIBS USING STEAM AIR FRYER DKA-SAF118W

Ingredient:

Vegetarian spare ribs: 500gr
Spices: vegetarian seasoning, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking oil, colored water
Minced chili, minced lemongrass
Roasted sesame: 10gr
Fermented tofu

Step 1: Wash vegetarian spare ribs, soak in water for 30 minutes to soften

 

Step 2: Make the marinade:

  • Make a mixture of: 1 tablespoon of vegetarian seasoning, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce,½ tablespoon of fermented tofu water, 1 tablespoon of fermented tofu, 1 teaspoon of colored water, 2 tablespoons cooking oil, chili and minced lemongrass. Stir until the spices is evenly distributed.

Step 3: Marinate the ribs

  • Add the prepared sauce to the vegetarian spare ribs, mix well and marinate for about 30 minutes to absorb the spices.

Step 4: Grill the ribs

  • Preheat the fryer with PREHEAT at 180°C for 5 minutes
  • Place the ribs on a baking tray and place in the oven. Select TOASY mode to grill ribs at 200°C for 5-7 minutes to complete.
