Ingredient:

  • Black lentil fillet: 500gr
  • Turmeric powder: 5g
  • Minced galangal root: 50g
  • Batch rice: 20gr
  • Sugar, fish sauce
  • Shrimp paste: 50g
  • Dill: 50gr
  • Peanuts: 50g

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

Fish fillet cut into bite-sized pieces, washed and drained

Step 2: Marinate fish fillets

Use 50gr minced galangal, 20gr batch rice, 50gr shrimp paste, 5gr turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon fish sauce mix into a mixture and then apply evenly on the fish.

Step 3: Bake fish fillets

  • Preheat oven on PREHEAT at 180oc for 3 minutes
  • Add fish, select FISH mode and bake at 180oC for 15-20 minutes. Monitor to increase or decrease the temperature or time as needed.
  • Add dill, sliced scallions, roasted peanuts to the oven with the fish, leave for 1-2 minutes, then turn off the oven and remove.
