Ingredient
- Beef: 400g
- Potatoes: 2
- Onion: 1 piece
- Pate: 50gr
- Cucumber: 1 fruit
- Eggs: 4 eggs
- Oyster oil, tapioca flour

Step 1: Prepare ingredients
- Wash the beef, dry it and cut it into thin slices. Smash the meat.
- Marinate beef with a little salt, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon tapioca starch. Mix well and leave for 15 minutes for the meat to infuse the flavors.
Potatoes are washed, peeled, cut into 1cm thick fibers and soaked in salt water with 3-4 ice cubes removed. After soaking for about 30 minutes, remove the potatoes, drain and fry until golden brown. - Onion peeled, cut 2cm thick and then soaked in water.
Wash lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix with a little salt, sugar, and vinegar until sweet and sour to taste. - Peel the cucumber, wash and cut it. Mix with a little salt, sugar and vinegar to taste sweet and sour.
Step 2: Grill meat with Dreamer Super Heat Fryer
- Turn on the fryer, put the meat on the baking tray, put it in the fryer and select the STEAK mode to bake the meat at 180oC for about 10 minutes.
Grilled beef is served with potatoes and vegetables with sweet and sour sauce.
