Ingredient:
- Lean pork shoulder: 500gr
- Small tomatoes: 12
- Minced onion: 2 teaspoons
- Fish sauce, pepper, seasoning
Step 1: Prepare and marinate the meat
Wash lean meat, tomatoes
Puree the shoulder lean meat
Marinate 2 teaspoons minced onion, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon pepper and 1 teaspoon seasoning seeds into the meat and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
Step 2: Stuff the meat into the tomatoes
Cut the tomatoes in half, remove all the seeds inside
Use a small spoon to stuff the meat into the tomatoes and squeeze
Step 3: Cook tomatoes and meat
Turn on the Dreamer superheated steam fryer, choose RIBS mode at 200oC for 20 minutes (Depending on the amount of stuffed tomatoes to adjust the cooking time and temperature accordingly)
