FRIED CHICKEN WING SAUCE USING STEAM AIR FRYER DKA-SAF118W

Ingredient:

  • Chicken wings: 600-700gr
  • Ginger 3-4 slices
  • Minced garlic
  • Onions smashed
  • Seasoning: cooking oil, salt, sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, pepper, seasoning.

Step 1: Prepare and marinate chicken

Clean chicken wings, soak with dilute salt water and ginger for 10 minutes to deodorize.
Marinate the chicken with: 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon seasoning, 2 teaspoons oyster sauce, minced ginger and crushed onion. Mix well and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2: Make sweet and salty sauce

Make a mixture of: 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of filtered water and stir until dissolved.

Step 3: Fry the chicken wings

Turn on the Dreamer Super Heat Fryer. The oven can be preheated with PREHEAT at 180oC for 3 minutes.
Put the chicken in the baking tray, choose WINGS mode at 220oC for 10 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and continue to put in the oven on WINGS setting for another 5 minutes.
