GRILLED SKEWERED MEAT WITH HONEY LEAVES USING STEAM AIR FRYER DKA-SAF118W

Ingredient:

– Bacon: 1kg
– Macadamia leaves: 100gr
– Lemongrass: 3 branches
– Garlic: 1 bulb
– Purple onion: 2 pieces
– Five flavors, chili sauce, chili powder, tamarind juice, honey
– Fish sauce, oyster sauce, cooking oil, sugar

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

– Wash the pork belly through diluted salt water mixed with ginger, boiled in water
for the meat to hunt and cut into bite-sized pieces.
– Peel the leaves, wash and dry.
– Garlic, red onion, lemongrass peeled, smashed, chopped.

Step 2: Marinate the meat

– Make a mixture of red onion, minced garlic, minced lemongrass, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2
tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 pack of five spices,
tablespoons chili powder.
– Put the meat in a large bowl and then pour in the marinade, cover with cling film
Then refrigerate for 3-4 hours to infuse flavors.
– After marinating, use skewers into the meat. Alternating the meat and leaves
honey along the skewers.

Step 3: Grill the meat

– Turn on the Dreamer DKA-SAF118W steam fryer, select TOAST mode to bake meat at 180oC for 10 minutes.
– Then turn the meat, spread a layer of honey on the meat and bake for 5 minutes
minutes to complete.
