STEAMED MUSHROOMS WITH SOY SAUCE

Ingredient

  • Enoki mushrooms: 300 g, minced chili: 2 teaspoons
  • Soy sauce, sugar, cooking oil
  • Perform

Step 1: Prepare

Wash mushrooms, cut off the legs.

Step 2:

Put the mushrooms in the steamer for about 7 minutes

Step 3:

Put the sugar in a bowl of soy sauce and stir to dissolve. Drizzle soy sauce over the top of the mushrooms and continue steaming for about 2 more minutes. Remember to close the lid

Finished product

When mushrooms are cooked, sprinkle with minced chili and enjoy
