Ingredient:
- Dried butterfly pea flower: 10 flowers
- Fresh milk: 50ml
- Sugar: 3 tablets (Varies according to taste)
- Ice (Optional)
- Water
Perform:
- Step 1: Using the Dreamer S17 smart water heater, press to select the temperature of 80oC to boil water or you can boil it directly on the stove.
- Step 2: Put the butterfly pea flower in the tea filter. Then put in the kettle, steep the tea for 5 minutes.
- Step 3: Pour the soaked flower tea into a glass (with ice available), add fresh milk and sugar cubes and stir well to enhance the taste!
