Ingredient:
- Green tea bag filter: 1 pack
- Ginger: 1 small tuber
- Honey: 20 ml
- Lemon: 2 slices
- Water
Perform:
- Step 1: Make tea bags:
Put 100ml of water into the Dreamer S17 smart water kettle, press to select the temperature of 100oC. When the water boils to the preset temperature, add the green tea bags to the glass tea strainer. Brew the tea for 10 minutes.
- Step 2: Prepare the ingredients:
Ginger is washed, peeled, dried and cut into 6-7 thin slices. You take some soaked with 50ml boiling water for about 15 minutes to get the ginger juice mixture. Lemon washed, cut into 2 thin slices
- Step 3: Make honey ginger tea:
Put the soaked tea in a cup, add the soaked ginger juice and mix well. Then add honey according to the ratio: for every 80ml of ginger tea, add 20ml of honey. Add 2 lemon slices for extra flavor.
